Like the new Wowwee Rovio, the Spykee takes video and audio viewable LIVE from a remote location via Wi-Fi wireless Internet, and has speakers and a microphone for two-way web communication. It doubles as VOIP phone, remote webcam, and even MP3 jukebox with its built in speaker system. And it looks darn cool besides. Like the Rovio or the iRobot Roomba Robotic Vacuum, the Spykee will return to its home base automatically to recharge when its battery gets low.

A similar robot known as the ConnectR from iRobot is currently in testing but will not be released this year.
